   We guarantee that that new spectacles will be manufactured exactly as specified. Prior to shipping, each pair of glasses is inspected to ensure the accuracy of the prescription and proper alignment of the frame. Furthermore, your glasses will be packaged in an attractive, durable hard case for protection. We guarantee all our frames and lenses to be delivered exactly as they were ordered and free of defects.

   We want you to be 100% fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first-time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order from us in confidence. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply return the item to us and we will process the return.

  All of our products come with a 10 day no quibble guarantee. If your glasses are not completely to your satisfaction please return them within 10 days, together with the packaging, case, cloth etc and we will refund your money.

   The cost of delivery, packaging and/or insurance is non-refundable.

    Refunds will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods.

     When returning goods please enclose your original invoice.

     The cost of returning any items to us shall be your responsibility.

  The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund payable if any damage or loss has occurred when received by us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
